License Grant: By using our Services, you grant DocFila a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store and backup your content, process your content to provide the Services (including AI features), and display your content to you within the app. This license terminates when you delete your content or account.
Content Restrictions: You agree not to upload, create, or process content that is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, infringes intellectual property rights, contains malware, is defamatory or obscene, or violates the privacy rights of others.

Informal Resolution: Before filing any legal claim, you agree to first contact us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

Upon termination: your right to use the Services ends immediately, you may export your documents before termination takes effect, we may delete your data after a reasonable period, and provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date, sending an email notification, and displaying a notice in the app.
Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Services.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and DocFila.
Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
No Agency: These Terms do not create any agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship.
