DocFilaHow can we help?
DocFila is published by NotaNovice UG. Our support team can help with your account, documents, billing, and the DocFila for ChatGPT integration.
Contact support
Email support@docfila.com. Include what happened and when. Please do not email passwords, API keys, or sensitive document contents.
ChatGPT connection
The current private preview uses a scoped DocFila API key. The official-domain connection uses DocFila sign-in and approval on www.docfila.com. The integration can search and read extracted document text, create PDFs from text, and save edits as new PDF versions while retaining originals. You can revoke access granted through the official website; preview users can disconnect there or revoke their API key in DocFila.
Privacy and account deletion
For privacy requests, contact privacy@docfila.com. You can also read the privacy policy or account deletion instructions.
