What is DocFila?

Is DocFila free?
Yes. The Free plan has no time limit and includes the scanner, PDF tools, e-signatures, 3 AI credits a month and 1 GB of storage. Premium is $9.99 a month or $99.99 a year; Pro is $19.99 a month or $199.99 a year. There is no free trial: the Free plan is the way to try DocFila.

Which files can I open?
More than 200 file types. Open, edit and save PDF; Word (.docx, .doc, .rtf, .odt); Excel and other sheets (.xlsx, .xls, .xlsm, .csv, .ods); PowerPoint (.pptx, .ppt, .odp); Markdown and LaTeX; more than 150 code and config formats; and DocFila .dfx files. What is DocAgent?
DocFila's assistant on the phone, desktop and web. Ask it anything, about the document on your screen, your library or the world, and keep the conversation going. It can also rename, tag, convert and file documents, set reminders and open the right tool: it shows its plan first, acts only after you approve, and lets you undo. You can talk to it, and it can read its answers aloud. On the desktop, open it with Cmd+J on a Mac or Ctrl+J on Windows and Linux. Its AI runs on DocFila's servers and needs a DocFila account.
What is TimeDeck?
Event timers and world time at timedeck.docfila.com. Run countdowns for talks, meetings and events on any screen, send messages to the stage, and give the room a QR code so phones are alerted when time is up. The Time tab has a world clock, a converter that understands phrases like "3pm NYC in Berlin tomorrow" and a meeting planner that respects everyone's working hours. TimeDeck works without an account; sign in to keep your events on every device.
What is DataGuru?
DataGuru reads a PDF, or a photo on iPhone and Android, and turns it into data you can check: a dashboard, a register of its entries and the dates coming up. Keep the results in bases with linked records, lookups, rollups, formulas and no-code automations.
Which languages does DocFila speak?
The apps are in 24 languages: English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Polish, Russian, Turkish, Hindi, Arabic, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Dutch, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, Czech, Ukrainian, Indonesian, Vietnamese and Thai. Does DocFila train AI on my documents?
No. DocFila does not train, fine-tune or evaluate any model on your content. AI runs only when you use an AI feature, and the AI data page explains what is sent and where.
Are DocFila e-signatures legally binding?
They are electronic signatures under the US ESIGN Act and UETA, and simple electronic signatures (SES) under the EU eIDAS Regulation, with an audit trail. They are not advanced or qualified signatures.
Do the people I send things to need an account?
No. People answer your forms and polls, download your DocTransfer files and sign your requests without a DocFila account.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you paid for. On the web and desktop use Manage subscription; on iPhone and Android cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions.
