Every session ends on time.

Run countdowns for talks, meetings and events on any screen, send messages to the stage, and let the room scan a QR code to be told when time is up. No account needed to start.

TimeDeck Timer Control with a 15 minute countdown, canvas sizes for a 16:9 screen, a 4:3 projector and a square, and the presentation preview
Timer Control, with the presentation preview on the right.

Run the room from one browser tab.

  • Any screen. One canvas fits a 16:9 screen, a 4:3 projector, a square or a size you choose.
  • Messages to the stage. Send a note to the speaker, or give a moderator a link that can only send and clear messages or black out the screen.
  • An audience QR code. People scan it, see the time left and tap Alert me to get a sound, a vibration and a notification when time is up.
  • Rundowns and cues. Import the agenda from a CSV file or pasted text, and set cues: a message at five minutes left, the next session at zero, sounds, webhooks and OSC.
  • Q&A and a report. Collect questions from the audience, send one to the stage, and print planned against actual times afterwards.
  • World time. A world clock with sunrise and sunset, a converter that reads "3pm NYC in Berlin tomorrow" and a meeting planner that respects working hours.

Questions

Do I need an account?

No. TimeDeck works without an account. Sign in with your DocFila account to keep your events, canvases and clocks on every device.

Does the audience need an app?

No. They scan the QR code and the page opens in their browser. On Android the alert also arrives with the page closed; on iPhone, once the page is added to the Home Screen.

Can several screens show the same timer?

Yes. Create live links: the timer then runs on DocFila's server, so every screen stays in step.

What happens if a screen loses its connection?

The screen says it is reconnecting, and the timer keeps running.

Run your next event on time.
