Two kinds of PDF forms

Fill an interactive PDF form

1. Open the PDF in DocFila — fillable fields are highlighted in light blue.
2. Tap each field and type. Checkboxes and radio buttons toggle on tap.
3. For date fields, the calendar picker opens automatically.
4. Sign with your saved e-signature on the last page.
5. Tap Save — the form is flattened so the recipient can't accidentally edit your answers.

Fill a flat (non-interactive) PDF form

1. Open the PDF in DocFila → Edit → Add Text.
